This module enables you to automatically generate and send the same invoice to different customers each month. To do this, create a Subscription Invoice, and add customers to it. The Subscription Invoice looks like a regular invoice, except the "To" field. Here you add multiple customers instead. In addition, you set the interval for how often and when the invoices should be generated. If you select the 15th every month, then on this date, the system will generate a regular invoice with the same content as in the Subscription Invoice and automatically fill in the customer name, invoice number, invoice date, due date, etc. Once the invoices have been generated they will be added to the regular invoices module. To further automate the process, you can also set the invoices to be emailed automatically to each customer.
If you have different services with different prices, you can set up multiple Subscription Invoices and add customers to each of them.
A similar module is the Recurring Invoices module. The difference between these two modules is that a Recurring Invoice goes to the same customer each time, while a Subscription Invoices goes to multiple customers.
