If you want to cancel your paid subscription, or pause the account for a while (you run a seasonal business or know that you won’t use the service for a while), follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Settings" in the top right corner
  3. Click "Close Account" in the sub-menu
  4. On the page that opens, click on the "Cancel Paid Plan" button
  5. Click again to confirm that you're canceling your paid plan.

  6. The default module will remain functional for the remainder of your billing cycle; after that you’ll still be able to view your data by logging into your account. You can, of course, choose to reactivate your subscription any time at a later date.
